About Our Therapist
Our Licensed Massage Therapist studied both Eastern and Western medicine techniques; experienced in Myofascial release, Deep tissue techniques, Swedish massage , Muscle Energy Techniques (MET), Stretching, Cupping, Gua Sha, Hot Stones and Joint mobilization.
Her knowledge in Eastern and Western medicine and theory can bring balance and harmony through the mind-body relatedness.
Gabrielle uses Tui-Na which is an ancient form of bodywork that stimulates the flow of qi and blood in the body. This practice works with acupressure points as part of an effective treatment for the body. The goal is to balance the muscles so they can start their return to activity. Gabrielle brings a different approach and believes that by keeping the body’s energy in balance, health is maintained. A mindful evaluation and consideration is given to each client, as to their needs, comfort level and medical conditions, to provide a treatment plan that's contoured to their goal.
